The all-electric range

The ELION range, with clamping forces of 500 to 1750 kN, is all-electric and typical Netstal; forming a perfect synthesis of classic Netstal injection molding machine features with new, innovative characteristics. Each axis is specifically designed for the all-electric drive system - numerous actual customer requirements influenced the construction of the machine.

The application profile of ELION is principally, but not exclusively, designed for so-called technical parts.Typical are medical, automotive, electrotechnical and telecommunication applications.

Clamping unit

The clamping unit has a closed-loop lubrication system and is based on a 5-point toggle lever concept. The movable mold platen is supported on precision linear guides that guarantee a high repeatability rate. The unit is compactly constructed and is available in two installation heights.

Injection unit

A flexible performance concept allows for application and user-adjusted drive system values during parallel axis operation. The patented gearing combines the transmission for both the injection and plasticizing units and guarantees a long service life even with peak operation.

DSP control

A new, user-friendly control box married to the tried and tested Netstal DSP control. The control box, which is vibration damped and integrated into the machine casing, impresses through its ergonomic design and clear arrangement.

Axis concept

Every axis is specifically designed for the all-electric drive system. Transmission occurs mainly by way of gearing and lever constructions. Each axis is precisely controlled and can be fully activated in parallel.

Floor space

ELION impresses with its industry-oriented, stylish design. The extremely compact construction affords the customer a high-performance machine that takes up a minimum of floor space. The compactly designed ELION enhances user convenience and increases cost-efficiency throughout the entire production process.
