The Netstal Technical Centre provides expert consultancy for all aspects of technical application and administration. Beyond the standard warranty package covering the machine in full for the first twelve months, Netstal offers various services by way of options to adjust the warranty and the extent of customer care to individual requirements.
The calibration agreement
With this agreement the customer purchases the inspection of the machine and control parameters decisive for quality. Calibration can be performed according to specified time intervals. The calibration work is carried out by excellently trained Netstal service technicians, who work with measuring instruments provided with the necessary calibration certificates.
Machine inspection
The nature of this contract ensures the regular maintenance and process capability of the commensurate machine. Above all, the machine inspection offers benefits in the way of early recognition of problems, allowing unscheduled down time to be avoided. The documented process capability report ensures that machine operations and parameters meet specific standards. Moreover, professional inspection increases the service life of the machines.
Extended warranty
With the extended warranty it is possible to purchase a total warranty period of five years. This includes both the labour costs and the spare parts for this period. The extended warranty is always available as an option to cover labour and spare parts costs.
The „Netstal Remote Support” agreement
With NRS Netstal service is even closer to the customer. The “Netstal Remote Support” is both simple and ingenious, because we bring the customer’s machine screen to our support centre in Näfels, Switzerland or to our respective national agencies virtually. This networking with the injection molding machine enables Netstal – when expressly requested by the customer – to have a look at the machine control system, to localise any malfunctions which occur and to eliminate these in consultation with the customer.
